Holly
Christmann has been with the Solid Waste Management
District for ten years. Holly is responsible for
overall management of the Solid Waste District including
strategic planning and program review. Holly also oversees the industrial waste
assessments and household hazardous waste collection program.

Michelle
Balz has been with the Solid Waste Management District
for two years. Michelle is responsible for community
grants, as well as, the commercial recycling
programs, multi-family recycling program, and container loan program. Michelle
also works with communities to increase their recycling rates.

Christy Kellner has
been with the Solid Waste Management District
for six years. Christy is responsible
for The Interchange, pollution prevention internship
program, computer recycling events, yardwaste drop-off
sites, and assisting communities with increasing
their recycling rates.

school education programs and assists schools in
developing comprehensive recycling programs.
