- Awarding of District Residential Reduction Grants
Included, as Attachment A, you will find District Staff's
recommendation for the 2003 Residential Reduction Assistance Grants.
Included, as well, in those recommendations is the rationale behind each
funding recommendation. Staff attempted to provide a response to the
initial questions raised by Policy Committee members at the meeting of
January 9, 2003.
Staff Recommendation: District Staff
recommends awarding the Residential Reduction Grants in a manner
consistent with Attachment A.IV. Tentative Future Agenda
