The Southwest Ohio Air Quality Agency measures the daily levels of naturally occurring airborne allergen. Historically, this data was expressed in grains per cubic meter of air for pollen levels and spores per cubic meter of air for mold levels. The data coming from the new continuous pollen and mold sampler is expressed in the widget below as an index value on a scale of 0 to 100 where green indicates good, yellow is medium, orange is high and red is very high levels of pollen and mold in the outdoor air. For detailed local information, including species, peak times, and personal allergy symptoms journaling, download the Pollen Wise app.
